  1. Sure, I’m happy to try that if it will help fix the issue. Thanks so much
  2. Hi tuanphan, Yes, you did help me a few years ago! Here's a link to a different page, but the issue is the same: https://homes.leahchandler.ca/idx/details/listing/b499/R2862745/15460-26-Avenue-Surrey-BC-V4P-1C6?widgetReferer=true
  3. Hello, I have an IDX account linked to my squarespace website for real estate listings. Recently the social media logos are not displaying on the IDX pages. I initially reached out to IDX and they said this: This is often caused by a restriction access to fonts. Occassionally we can fix this on our end but the fix does not seem to be taking. Can you please add the following lines of code to the header of your website? <link href="//netdna.bootstrapcdn.com/font-awesome/3.2.1/css/font-awesome.css"" rel="stylesheet"> <link href="//maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/font-awesome/4.2.0/css/font-awesome.min.css"" rel="stylesheet"> <link href="https://use.fontawesome.com/releases/v5.8.1/css/all.css"" rel="stylesheet"> I added these lines of code, but the issue still prevailed. When I reached back out to IDX, they replied: Thank you for doing that for me, I do see the code in the header however it appears the .htaccess file is preventing IDX Broker from accessing the fonts that are in your file. We are unable to access this file at all on our end so any of our fixes from our side will not work currently. I have attached a screenshot of an example where you can see the outline around the social media icons, but not the actual icons. I reached out to Squarespace and they couldn't help me and suggested I come here... if anyone can help me fix this, I would be so appreciative! 🙏 Thank you!
  4. Site URL: https://www.leahchandler.ca Hello, I'm having issues with image sizes when my site is viewed on mobile. Apparently spacers don't work for mobile views . For example, the image "Leah" at the end of my welcome message is massive on the phone, but normal size on desktop. Same with the image of me standing. As well, when viewing on mobile I noticed there is padding in the text box in the first image on my site, but the sunset image quote doesn't have the same padding on each side. I've attached images to show what I mean. Thanks so much for anyone that's able to assist. I appreciate it!
  5. As well, where would I apply this code to have it show up on my site?
  6. Hi @houghtoncreative YES that's exactly what I'm looking for! Wow, thank you so much. The testing site isn't live, would I need to give you viewing permission in order for you to see it? Sorry, I'm not super familiar with how this works.
  7. Site URL: https://www.leahchandler.ca Hello! I am looking for guidance in creating a semi-opaque box to house my heading text. Is this possible to do? The image and font colour don't mesh well so if I had a text box, it would help the font be more legible. I'm attaching a screenshot from my duplicate website that I'm working on so that if I make a mistake here, it's not messing up my main site. Thanks in advance to anyone who might be able to help! Leah
