  1. Hi @paul2009,

    Yes, sorry, I meant I had used custom code for the font however it wasn't showing in Safari browsers. See my CSS coding for custom fonts below. Please let me know if you have a solution - I'm only having issues with Alpha Centauri (headings).

    @font-face {

        font-family: 'AlphaCentauri';

           src: url('FontURLhttps://static1.squarespace.com/static/618a3b0949bb38386ca1783c/t/61d80fc26e3d6a026e03d95b/1641549762219/Alphacentauri-MVY4p.ttf');
      }

    h1 {font-family: 'https://static1.squarespace.com/static/618a3b0949bb38386ca1783c/t/61d80fc26e3d6a026e03d95b/1641549762219/Alphacentauri-MVY4p.ttf';}
    h2 {font-family: 'https://static1.squarespace.com/static/618a3b0949bb38386ca1783c/t/61d80fc26e3d6a026e03d95b/1641549762219/Alphacentauri-MVY4p.ttf';}
    h3 {font-family: 'https://static1.squarespace.com/static/618a3b0949bb38386ca1783c/t/61d80fc26e3d6a026e03d95b/1641549762219/Alphacentauri-MVY4p.ttf';}
    h4 {font-family: 'https://static1.squarespace.com/static/618a3b0949bb38386ca1783c/t/61d80fc26e3d6a026e03d95b/1641549762219/Alphacentauri-MVY4p.ttf';}

    h1 {
      font-family: 'AlphaCentauri';
      font-weight: 700;
      font-size: 50px;
      letter-spacing: 0.1em;
      text-transform: uppercase;
      line-height: 1em;

    }

    h2 {
      font-family: 'AlphaCentauri';
      font-weight: 700;
      font-size: 40px;
      letter-spacing: 0.1em;
      text-transform: uppercase;
      line-height: 1em;

    }

    h3 {
      font-family: 'AlphaCentauri';
      font-weight: 700;
      font-size: 16px;
      letter-spacing: 0.1em;
      text-transform: uppercase;
      line-height: 1em;

    }

    h4 {
      font-family: 'AlphaCentauri';
      font-weight: 700;
      font-size: 10px;
      letter-spacing: 0.1em;
      text-transform: uppercase;
      line-height: 1em;

    }

    @font-face {

        font-family: 'ArialNarrow';

           src: url(https://static1.squarespace.com/static/618a3b0949bb38386ca1783c/t/61d81824e5fa0940c684979c/1641551910871/ARIALN.TTF);

      }

    .sqsrte-large {
      font-family: 'ArialNarrow';
      font-weight: 700;
      font-size: 30px;
      letter-spacing: 0.1em;
      text-transform: uppercase;
      line-height: 1em;
    }

    p {
      font-family: 'ArialNarrow';
      font-weight: 700;
      font-size: 20px;
      letter-spacing: 0.1em;
      line-height: 1em;
    }

    .sqsrte-small {
      font-family: 'ArialNarrow';
      font-weight: 700;
      font-size: 16px;
      letter-spacing: 0.1em;
      line-height: 1em;
    }

  2. Hi all,

    Safari is showing an (ugly) san-serif-type font on mobile and desktop as the heading font for my site, instead of the one I set normally. (Alpha Centauri). Alpha Centauri works fine for Google Chrome Desktop. Squarespace shows a similar-style font on Google Chrome Mobile, which I'm happy to settle with if there's no ability to make the mobile Google Chrome font the custom font. The Safari font showing, however, I'm not happy to leave as is, as it's no where close to my preferred custom font.

    Has anyone found a solution for this?

    Cheers, Hayley

    The background image on my client's home page has now disappeared. It says it is loaded on my end, but shows a blank white slate both in the backend and on the live site. Now on the live site, I can see the correct image hidden behind when I scroll down above the header!

    I also have a colourful blue/green footer (same as the header) which is no longer showing. I have not made any additional changes, these have happened automatically.

    Help! (FYI I have SquareKicker if necessary)

    This is for a client site. I would love the ability to have the 5 image/text overlap elements at the bottom of the page (acting as a mini navigation preview menu) to be able to change colour of the text highlight on hover, and zoom the image on hover.

    Is this possible? Would love some code to help me achieve this. Thanks!

    This is for a client site. I like the custom cursor I have applied to the site, however it is not working half the time (until I scroll down to almost the end of the home page does it apply). Whenever I hover over clickable links too, it reverts back to the default cursor - is there any way to have it applied (or even change colour) when it hovers over a clickable link?

    Would love the community's help on this one. Thankyou!

    This is for a client site. On the Roadmap page of the site, I would like the background to be the wordmark of the logo - a pattern I have already created as a PNG and added to the background. Looks great at the top, however, when you scroll down it then cuts off (doesn't even show the entire design) and then the ocean image (which should be a parallax image within the section below) is showing way too high, as a background image.

    Is there any solutions for this? Thanks all!

    Website link is above. Password is aliGMA2022!

    This is for a client site. In editor view of my home page, the last two images within the group of 5 acting as page navigation previews become smaller and no longer overlap the text over the image. It's all good in editor view, just when I save the page it turns into this. The images should look the same as the three above with the position of the overlap text and description, just a bigger size.

    Does anyone have a solution for this? Thank you!

  8. Site URL: https://www.collaclothing.com/

    Hi all,

    Site link above. Password is colla2022

    This is for a client site. My client would like a size guide (PNG file) to be available on each product page. Ultimately, I envision this to be a button on each product page that says 'Size Guide', in which the user would click the link and pop-up window with the size guide would appear. This would be on every single product page.

    Is there some code I can add to make this happen for every product page? Or potentially a solution that's different to having the PNG image sitting awkwardly under the product images on each page, which I know I can already do through each product page's additional information?

    Appreciate anyone's advice in regards to size guide layout. Thanks! 🙂

  9. Site URL: https://www.collaclothing.com

    Hi all!

    I'm needing some advice, assistance and or coding for one of my client's sites: www.collaclothing.com. Password is colla2022. It is a 7.1 site.

    • How can I change the font for the announcement bar/banner?
    • How can I change ONLY the description font on the product pages?
    • How can I change ONLY the pricing font on the product pages?
    • How can I change the fonts of the product title, sizing, and all pricing text within the shopping cart page?
    • How can I change all the fonts on the checkout page?
    • How can I edit the maximum desktop dimensions for the footer's white 'collar' image?
    • How can I edit the maximum width of this footer 'collar' image for movile devices, and recentre both this and the 'Colla Clothing' text?
    • What is the best way to add a clothing size guide on the product pages? I don't want it to sit underneath the product photos, I'd rather it sit next to 'Add to cart' or near that area. And I'd rather it be some sort of button or link text to lightbox, or accordion style. I've seen the third party integrations suggested in other threads, but would prefer a free option through coding or other advice.

    Thank you so much! Hope to find some solutions below.

    FYI - I also have SquareKicker access if there is anything I could implement through there re: size guide.
