Scrolling image gallery on only HALF the page?

So I just was in touch with Squarespace and turns out Gallery Blocks are available to Circle Members (members that have at least 3 active websites)...

Wondering if you found a solution? I am looking to do the same thing. Really sucks they got rid of the Gallery Blocks in 7.1... Thanks in advance...
