Fonts won't change

Site URL: http://ezy2bphotography.com Well, I am rebuilding my site after changing the font using CSS and it gaffed up my whole site. Now I am sticking with the fonts that are available and they won't change. I go to change H1, H2, or H2 to one of the fonts in the list and nothing happens. What am I missing? For example, Poppins is on the list. I click on Poppins to select and nothing happens. It remains the same. Scratching my head and a bit frustrated that I am rebuilding today...
