Copy paste the code into the "Custom CSS" section at the very bottom of the Design tab. Follow the directions included with the code to fill in the blanks. Click the "manage custom files" at the bottom of the css field to upload the image you want to use. By clicking on it after it is uploaded it will give you the address for that image to use in the code. Just used this code and worked great thanks @tuanphan
