Site URL: https://www.janalicekeeling.com I am trying to transfer my name from Squarespace to Namecheap. I have sent the Auth code to Namecheap, but they say WHOIS says the domain is locked. It does not have Locked checked in Squarespace. I'm afraid I may have triggered the 60-day lock because I started to alter my contact information (from Jan Alice Keeling Art to Jan Alice Keeling)--then I realized it didn't matter, so I went back to Jan Alice Keeling Art. But I'm afraid it may have triggered the lock. What should I do?
