It is 2023 and Squarespace still does not have the integration support for Facebook Conversion API. Is this company even serious about their business? Have they ever explained this question? Are they working on it, or if it is ever going to get rolled out? How hard is it for a $10 billion company to add a feature that initially is a backbone for any e-commerce business? Not every client has got an in-house developer and even after hiring freelance developers for API integration, there always are complications with appropriate data layer variables. Getting frustrated by this and might switch to Shopify/WordPress.

Hi, We are facing a major concern right now with our website and its related to Google Tag Manager and Facebook Conversion API integration. Neither Facebook Pixel nor Google Tag Manager is loading up on our checkout page. Here are the screenshot while on the cart page - Here we are on the checkout page - I reached out to Squarespace's customer support and their response was mind-numbing tbh. This is the response I got - "Unfortunately, Squarespace does not support tracking events through these custom codes. Please try to use Squarespace Analytics or Google Analytics for keeping a track of events. We would not be able to provide further support related to custom codes due to their complex and unique nature." If this is the case then I would really prefer to move to Shopify because not being able to keep a track of purchases being made through FB purchase funnel throws our ROI calculations and entire marketing strategy out of the window. Any way to fix this?

Hi, I have a website where I have added a huge range of products in one product page. These products are massive and can't be sold online and their pricing is pretty market sensitive so it keeps changing from time to time. I have inserted some codes to disable the pricing, add to cart and quantity selector from the page but it has made these functions disabled across the website. Now I have added another product page where I want to sell these products online. Although I can see the price, the add to cart and quantity selector buttons are still disabled. Could someone please help me with this?
