Update. Suddenly it works today.

My embedded URL works fine. When I enter it, the embed box even says Successfully Located. However, the box where the embedded information is to appear is dark grey and contains: "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'type') (0/94391600)". This happens not only with the most recent embed but all previous ones below it, too. I appreciate your help resolving this unfortunate issue. Terry

Below the line block, when I add an image, the image expands to the whole page (expected) but when I add another image block (which automatically inserts below the first image block) and I try to move it the right side of the first image to create a row, it inserts itself as a third column underneath a previous line block (the insert point in this case doesn't make sense, either, since it bypasses another line block further down the page but also not going all the up to the top of the page (what's special about this particular line block?). How do I get three images across a page given this scenario. I can't find the answer in the Forum or Help. Additionally, I need to put text under the image (not necessarily a small caption but larger font indicating a web page link). I created a Gallery Block and got three images across but even though the edit box said I could put a caption and link under the image, they didn't appear. No, Creedon. This must not be on my template. I've had mine for four years. Thank you. I did resolve this when I came to the bottom of the screen before I added content the last time but I don't remember how now. I tried moving the block to the extreme side of the page looking for something to pop up but no luck now. I just tried something again. I dragged it down slowly until a bold blue line showed up that spanned the page and it worked! Thanks, Creedon. Note, that plus sign you show on the left doesn't show in my template. Good to know, though.

When I click the plus sign at the bottom of the longer text block, and try to add a line, it only stretches across one block width. A line (as shown above these two blocks is used to end the previous other information and indicates new information below it. But at the bottom of the page, I can't get it to work. The only email on file is the owner email which is a catch all and goes to several people. It is also used with the newsletter sign up and other contact forms. However, when I ask Squarespace for help with a design element I'm having trouble with, my answer never comes to me, of course, it goes to the "owner" email and on to several other people. Can I have these answers come directly to me? Can I be set up as an administrator where my help questions will be answered without bothering the "owner?" It appears the only email has to be the owner's. Thanks for your help. Terry1121
