Hi there, is anyone able to assist please? My site utilizes KEAP software to accept online payments from clients via credit card. Because I undergo regular PCI credit card compliance, I failed my recent compliance because my SQSP site does not allow PCI to scan the site where clients are redirected to pay via credit card. I need to let my website domain WHITELIST certain IP ranges. Please, how do I do this?? 😬

Hi there, I have just noticed two lines of code visible at the top and bottom of each of my website pages (see images) https://jeanine-thompson.squarespace.com This code appears on each page - how do I remove it?? Also, for some reason, the CLIENTS button top right of the ABOUT JEANINE and CONTACT page has changed design, it is not formatted as per my coding. Please help??

Hi Paul! Happy 2024. I have a similar problem for a site I built a client. In the three sections where a person is able to sign up for email subscritption, a code was directly inserted into the section (we did not use SQSP forms or newletters) - also for existing clients to book sessions with my client, we used a code link using Keap.
