Site URL: https://orcanetwork.org I created several workspace users (9) and now I cannot create anymore. It has emailed one user a blank invite. Her name does not appear in the list so I cannot resend the invite. When I try and recreate her it just sits in the "review" step and times out. I then tried to add someone else, same thing, it just sits in the review step and never goes any further. I need to add several more employees. Help!

Site URL: https://www.orcanetwork.org/ I am trying to set up Google Workspace and I just get a generic error that an 'unexpected error' occurred. We transferred the domain to Squarespace from a 3rd party and I have confirmed that their old email has stopped working completely. It was not through Google. I even tried to set it up with an email address not associated with their old domain. I went through the troubleshooting guide and found reference to them needing to be hooked up to Squarespace 7 instead of Squarespace 5 but they are on an Ecommerce account. I cannot reach Squarespace tech support because it is a weekend. I've ran out of ideas.
