  1. thanks; yes; I'm aware of that - was just trying to see if folder protection was possible...
  2. Is it possible to password protect a folder? Right now I have to add a password to every page in a "not linked" folder... Thanks
  3. Thank you both 🙂 This is exactly what I was looking for.
  4. Same issue here; I have three portfolio pages and had the first 2 set up as 2 columns 3:2 aspect ratio. I added a third portfolio page and wanted 4 columns and 1:1 ratio - once I did that it affected the other two portfolios... I've reverted back to the original 2 columns 3:2 How can I get this page to to disply 4, 1:1? https://www.bestridesdc.com/test-index Thanks in advance!
  5. Thanks everyone; I have the plug-in; just ran across several instances where either a section or block was assigned one of the "dynamic" IDs and wasn't sure why - or if it was arbitrary. @tuanphan answered my question right away and clarified things for me.
  6. Is there a "trick" to adding blocks that don't get a dynamic "yui" block ID? I'm trying to target a block with css but the ID it gets assigned is dynamic. It seems very random. Some blocks get straight up IDs #block-...) and others get "block-yui_..." added to them... Thanks in advance...
  7. Looks like it's working - I just added it to the code injection for the single portfolio page so it does not affect my other portfolios. Thanks!
  8. Does this code work for a single portfolio or does it affect all portfolios on a site?
  9. Disregard. I ended up creating two pages and used a "Summary" block...
  10. I'm looking to show/hide a section on a blog landing page based on the category being viewed. Has anyone done this? any ideas? For example. When a user visits "/blog?category=Podcast" I want to show a specific section at the top of the page. If that category parameter is not passed then I want to show a standard section at the top and hide the "podcast" section. Any input is appreciated.
  11. Same with the cart button - I can hide it, but then it hides it for all products...
  12. So this sort of worked. I added this css - #yui_3_17_2_1_1697856815327_344 div.product-price { display: none; } when I'm on the page it hides de price, but then, if I navigate out and come back, the price pops back up. it's like the id "#yui_3_17_2_1_1697856815327_344" changes. I can't find another way to identify "one" specific product. The section ID for all products is the same, so I can't target that either...
  13. Is it possible to add a login link in a text block - only way I can see this is if I add it to the header. Thanks.
  14. Tuan - so many of your posts have helped me over the past few days. Huge thanks!

  15. OK - I'll give that a shot. Thank you!
  16. I need to display a product that is not for sale. Basically, the product is just to provide information so a customer can reach out to me (my client) so they can gather additional information. I was trying at first to set it up as a sold out product but the add to cart, sold out labels and all other product info shows up. I used css to hide that info, but it also affects other products. Any ideas?
  17. This is great. Is there a way to also display the caption/title without having to hover? Disregard - figured it out. Thank you
  18. 1 caveat - every time I duplicate the page to create a new tour I (my client) will have to add more custom css to accommodate the new section ID assigned by SS to the second section on the page... Still looking for additional input if any one has it...
  19. I think I sort of solved my issue. I added a section below the top section that spans the vetical view port and gave the second section an explicit height of 10. Then with custom css I gave the second section a negative top margin of -10vh. On that note - when I explicitly give the section a height, what does the "1 - 100" number value translate to? so I can be more precise with the negative value of the second section?
  20. I thought I added a sample url - here it is https://www.bestridesdc.com/test-tour
  21. I've put an intro section on my page that spans the height of the view port. I have some intro text that I have aligned center horizontally and vertically in the middle. (Tour name, location, date) Below that I want a bar with content (tour meta) that spans the width of the viewport but absolutely positioned at the bottom of the page. I currently have it immediately following the "tour title". I know I can use css to target a div to position it at the bottom but not sure how to group these blocks within it. I want the 6 blocks below. all the way at the bottom and want to add opacity to a "contaner" div to make it stand out more. Anyone have any ideas how I can group those 5 text blocks within a simple container to do that
  22. Thanks Paul - I figured that. recommending one of the solutions to my client.
  23. I'm trying to figure out how to create a multi page form. I have 3 pages each with a separate form. I was trying to figure out how to pass the values from form 1 to form 2 and then ultimately to form 3. I can redirect to form 2 when a user complets form1, but I would end up with three "submissions" instead of just one. Has anyone done anything like this with the native SS form functionality? Or will I have to go outside and get something like jotforms or similar? Thanks for any input.
