Very beginner but if there is a tutorial anywhere I can learn it haha

My restaurant has more of a chipotle style menu where you choose your item (burrito, quesadilla, tacos, torta, etc...) and then a choice from two different proteins prime cut and exotic. Prime consisting of chicken, birria, asada, etc. Exotic consisting of New York steak, rib eye steak, etc. I wanted to keep it with the same menu block if possible.
