Thanks for your reply. I've now found the reason is that the Cruz template is version 7.1 and the live website is version 7.0.

Hi, I used a template called Cruz for a trial website, and want to use the same template for a different account for a site that is currently live. But when I browse the templates it's not on the list. Anyone know why, or how I can find it?
