Does moving a domain from one squarespace site to another effect custom nameservers?

I have a website with a free squarespace domain that is on a legacy professional subscription on squarespace 7.0. This free squarespace domain points to custom name servers which then point to google workspace and squarespace. I want to switch to a new trial site I created When I move the domain name, will my custom nameservers be disrupted?
