Can someone please help me out with this one?

I want to add, that the way this menu comes up, it looks like "Navigation" is an option to click on (but its not). So, it why is it there? Also, its in english and my page is i norwegian. It looks very unprofessional to have it there, when the rest of the page is in norwegian.

And honestly, I cant understand why they make it like this without any options what so ever to change it, perhaps name it something else or change it to an icon. Its like a poorly thought out flaw.

This question is related to the mobile version of the template "Native".
If you look at the picture attached, "Navigation" comes up in the menu. I have tried to remove it or figure out why it is there or where, but with no luck. I want to have this removed.
Does anyone know how to remove it? (Its not in my main navigation)
