Need Help with Product ID for Pinterest Tag

I've been having this same issue forever and it's driving me mad. I've asked Pinterest for help, I've asked Squarespace for help and I've hired a developer. Everyone just points fingers at the other. If anyone finds out how to fix this PLEASE let me know.
