    No one at Squarespace will give me any information, but I keep getting this error message. I have tried 3 different credit cards and my client is pissed. I even copied the whole site and tried fresh and STILL got this error message.

    I am trying to accomplish the same thing but I tried this and it crossed out EVERYTHING, not just the date thumnail. help?

    That's it! but it happened only ONCE on the site, but now every time I add a new page/ blank section it does not give me this option?
