I recently added a gift card as a product in Shopify, in the very same way that we add the physical products, and it does not show on our site with the other products. Shopify said to ask if Squarespace only allows for "physical" products to be displayed. Squarespace sent me here to ask. Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated. So that it is clear, I added the gift card as a product, made it "available", connected it via tags to the collection we have of products currently showing on our site. I will also add that I just recently took over the updates on the website from someone who no longer works with us and not sure where to start here or if there is an entirely "better" way to do all of this. I welcome your feedback on this too. Thanks!!

HI! Thank you for your reply! This is how I originally loaded the image (in the first section of the page -as a background). Lets call this image #1 but then it changes to this. Image #2 I am wondering now if there is CSS in place that is making it load this way but I don't know how to check for that. Also, image #1 is currently showing on that same page but in the 2nd section. - so it leads me further to believe that there is something telling it to load that way on the first section only...if that makes sense???

Then, I did a couple things with one of the text blocks (nothing that even changed the shape of the text box) and now the top of the image is off by probably an inch. I searched here first but did not find that anyone had answered this previously. Can someone please help me to understand why this might be happening? Any thoughts on how to remedy this? I have already tried moving the focal point. In case it helps to know, I "upgraded" to the new editor.

All appears just exactly how we want it on the desktop view but the caption is too large on the mobile view and gets cut off. I am open to style suggestions how to resolve this. I copied this page to create a second but different version of it to play around with. On this new page I created an image block and tried to use the gif. It is pixilated now. The original format of the vid is .MOV but Sqspace does not seem to like that format (it does not show up as an option to upload.) so I converted it on CloudConvert to GIF. I also tried a video block but that seemed to want a link rather than the files I have. Thoughts on how to make this work? In case it is not obvious from my question, I am a newbie, just an fyi. Thanks in advance!

Thanks tuanphan. I have tried that and it did not work for me. I am a newbie so it is possible that there is something that I do not understand about those instructions but I could not make work.

So when someone does not enter all the required info, we would like to put in a message that is more on brand for us than what currently appears. For example, we would like for this message to appear"Oops! It looks like you missed a step, beautiful one. Please enter your name and email address to receive your sacred gift." I have searched the Forum and all over the internet and can not find the answer to this one. Anyone have a solution for this?
