Answering my own question here, looks like I use the option to send a client confirmation page which allows you to edit forms and make payment

If I make a booking myself for a client using scheduler, is there any way to get the intake form to them? I read that it cannot be emailed. Usually if the client books themselves they will have to complete the intake form to complete the appointment.
