Adding checkbox to 'review and purchase' of checkout

Hello, Is there a way I can add a checkbox in the 'review and purchase’ so my customers agree to the terms and conditions below in that section? I have it set up at the moment so that customers in this section can sign up for faster checkout next time, but I would also like to add an I agree button here as well. Here in Australia, it is the law to have an 'I agree' to the terms and conditions on a site, which is why I am stressing out about this. Thank you -

Hi, I have terms and conditions on my site that I would like my customers to agree to before they make a purchase. Is there a way to have a link added in a checkout form page to the terms and conditions? For example "I agree to the terms and conditions found here". I had this set up about three weeks ago, and for some reason, it is not working now. thank you
