  1. Site URL: https://www.unit-12.org/shop As part of my newest work, I'm supposed to get my CIC's website to sell tickets for a special quiz night event. My working knowledge of Squarespace is a bit rusty but I imagine this would involve create a sort of template for a PDF ticket, automatically written with the customers information like their name, email address, receipt info, transaction ID, etc. Is that possible here or is there another solution for selling tickets here? Thanks.
  2. Site URL: https://www.unit-12.org/ I've been asked to create a template for my organizations newsletter. Ideally, my boss wants it to have multiple columns of text side by side (i.e. A main column listing the key stories and a side one listing local news). However, I can't seem to find a way to make it possible. Any blocks of content I make in the newsletter is always stacked top-to-bottom. Am I missing anything? Is it really not possible to make a multi-column newsletter on Squarespace? If so, are there any alternative services to use which can be integrated with Squarespace like Mailchimp? Thanks.
  3. Site URL: https://www.unit-12.org/food-pantry-signup-copy-2 Previously, this appointment form had a scheduling block but my boss asked to replace it with just a simple menu to choose which day to come visit our food pantry (so customers can feel free to visit any time of the day). I've done that but I realised that it leaves one glaring issue. We always charge customers a small free for making an appointment with our food pantry so how can I make sure they can pay online when making said appointment without the scheduler? Any help would be great. Thank you.
  4. Site URL: https://www.unit-12.org/food-pantry-signup-1 As part of my job, I've been asked to simplify the application form for my organizations food pantry. Specifically, my boss wants me to replace the form where you choose a specific time to come collect your food at the pantry with a simple dropdown menu displaying the days in the week with their corresponding dates so customers can feel free to come any time during their chosen day. Here is the original form https://www.unit-12.org/community-food-pantry This service is only available to those living in Hampshire, so I also realised I need to remove or simplify some fields from the form which I found is impossible in Squarespace, especialy the Address form and I can't turn the phone number field into one single entrybox instead of four segmented ones. I'm still training myself in web design so, as far as I know, the best way to do this seems to be creating a new form from scratch - which I done so far. https://pastebin.com/E6hS7kwG Now here's the tricky part. I previously asked around for help with how to make a dropdown menu work the way I want and what I got so far is this... https://pastebin.com/VsrjZmUx I added this to the pages Advanced section, injecting it to the header code but I only found an empty dropdown menu. So I tried adding the script to the footer code in the Advanced > Code Injection settings page along with a jQuery script tag... Nothing worked. So what am I doing wrong? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
