How can I blur my entire gallery but unblur when a checkmark is clicked?

This works by blurring out my gallery but when I hover over the image it'll unblur. Is there a way to blur out the entire gallery but unblur all of it when the visitor checks a checkmark box like how this site does? (nsfw warning) https://mscloud.art/nsfw/ -
