A customer keeps trying to purchase things through my (Advanced Commerce) page, and when attempting to check out, continually gets the following: {"error":"Order not found."} ... see screenshot attached. She said it's the same whether she tries with credit card or PayPal. None of my other clients have reported issues. This client has purchased successfully in the past. I couldn't find any other threads with this text. Any ideas? Rachel

I have the opposite problem. Pay in 4 seems to have been automatically enabled in my Advanced Commerce plan, but I want to REMOVE it! (Twice, my customers have tried to use it, but it didn't work. The customers didn't even realise what happened, and thought their order was processed, but it didn't appear in my end. Not as completed, nor as abandoned cart... nothing at all.) Can anyone help? I sought help from PayPal and they said it's up to SS.

On the Shopping Cart page, customers see the non-discounted price - a subtotal which is waaaay more than the actual price they'll be paying. It makes them think this is how much they'll be charged, when they press "checkout", and it's turning them off. How do I show the discounted total on the Shopping Cart page? Failing that, how do I add text to the Shopping Cart page, to explain that this is not the amount they'll be charged, and to click through to see their discounted total? (I'm sure many other sellers have this problem, and I'm surprised I can't find any other references to this problem. I must be missing something really obvious... )

Hi @creedon Thankyou for this. It's been helpful for me as well, but can you explain what the "_3qWE9VU-U" and similar are? Like @Amsterixe, I found that this code only worked on the Checkout text but not the other items. I'd like to change the Subtotal label, and just don't know how to refer to it in the code. (Should it be the same for everyone, like .checkout-button , or is it individual site by site?)
