I dont understand why they would give me the run around thus far if there was something they can do to fix it? They just keep telling me to wait.

About 10 days ago I created a new site for another business I have started. I am 10 days in and my site map has yet to generate. It says {"message":"Sitemap not yet generated. It will be generated within the next 24 hours."} I have reached out to customer support twice now and keep telling me the sitemap will generate within 24 hours yet it’s had this message since day one. They even pushed for a manual refresh of the set map on Monday. It is still not generated. Without the sitemap generated I cannot submit my website to Google for indexing.
