I've been spending the last two days trying to find a solution to creating thumbnails that switch to another image or animated gif on hover (roll over) .
I managed to follow this tutorial which works well for standard pages or image galleries using code blocks. https://www.tiffany-davidson.com/blog/squarespace-change-image-on-hover
But I need it to work for my index page. It seems impossible as you can't add a block code to the page. The only place you can add code is in the index settings.
I'm using an old template called Qubert.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
