I think I've found a solution - I was trying to link the shapes and text, doesn't seem possible, BUT if you click on the text box and the edit pencil - you can switch on 'background' and then manipulate the box size and corners - so some limited square/circle options, without having to negotiate with css.

I am having the same problem - is there a way to lock the text and shapes together? 😀
