Bachground transparent image not the same as site background

It shows site background as light yellow yet it is red behind the transparent part of the image
Background colour Defaulting to "Bright" instead of "Dark" when adding a image with transparent background

Im having the same issue, did you ever figure this out?

Site URL: https://www.drugcheckingtraining.ca/chapter-1 I added a transparent .png to the page linked above and can not figure out how to get the background colour the same as the rest of the site. I have gone through all the colour setting and tried changing everything that is the orange colour to the background colour and nothing amended the issue. At a loss. The pass word to the site is WebsitePassword. thankyou!
