Change "Account" to "Members Only Resources"?

Site URL: https://www.oratsa.com/ Is there a way (likely with CSS?) to change the title of Account to another name (i.e. Members' Only Resources) for the login header? "Account" appears when a Member is logged in (otherwise says "Login"). Thanks!💥
