  1. I added the following css to make the prices on my product pages in my desired font (BN Tillsdale). .sqs-money-native { font-family: 'BNTillsdale'; } However I noticed when I select a production option from a drop down menu, the price reverts back to the original font. Example URL: https://www.minerbook.co/shop/p/build-your-own-writing-journal-large If you select a "cover style" the price will revert. Is there a way to fix this so the price uses the BN Tillsdale font regardless of the option chosen?
  2. Yes, I was trying to edit a text block in the "Additional Information" section for a product in my shop. Squarespace has since confirmed that this a bug and provided the following workarounds: After digging into this a bit on our end, I can confirm that this is related to an issue with the rich text editor not displaying in the "Additional Info" section of a product on our end. We’ve reported this to our Engineering team, and they’re currently prioritizing the issue. For the time being, you may want to consider either of the following workarounds: Option 1: For the time being, you may want to try editing the product's additional information via the Inventory panel to add text formatting - however, this does not always work. For reference, you can access the Inventory panel while logged on the site click Commerce > Click Inventory. If needed, here is the guide on editing products through the Inventory panel:https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/206540527-Editing-products#toc-edit-a-product Option 2: I was able to use the rich text editor on a regular page and text block, then copy and paste that text to the product's additional information section. The formatting did carry over correctly. Here's a video to demonstrate:https://share.squarespace.com/DOu6Ll6n As a note, make sure you format this text in a text block from a different area of your site and copy the text from there. I wouldn't recommend using a third-party text file to copy and paste from since copying and pasting text from a third-party app may not carry over the correct formatting. In this workaround I recommended you'd add a text block to a page of your site (you can even add a new page in the Not linked section specifically for this purpose), write the text there, and then copy and paste it into the additional information section of the product. I want to set the expectation that these are alternative solutions you can use temporarily, rather than a permanent fix for the exact issue. Please keep in mind that there are many moving parts we need to address before we roll out a solution. We thoroughly test all fixes before they’re released.
  3. I need to style text (i.e., bullets, hyperlink, etc.) in the "Additional Info" section of my product listings. You should be able to do this by highlighting the text, and the text styling bar should just automatically appear. For whatever reason, the text style bar is not popping up like it should when text is highlighted, so I can't do any text styling. This seems like a glitch/bug, but I'm wondering if anybody else has experienced this and/or know of a fix? This is happening in both the classic and new UI. Picture below/attached shows the text is highlighted but no text style bar.
