Can I move the Navigation in My Work Portfolio to Top of Page?

Site URL: https://www.linneafrye.com/ Hi there! I'm wondering how I can move the navigation at the bottom of my work portfolio pages to the top of the pages? There's no drop down option under the work menu in the header (is this also fixable?) and I worry the navigation is confusing/difficult to use since you have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to visit the other pages.
