  1. Hi Tuanphan, did you get a chance to review this at all? Many thanks in advance!
  2. Sure no problem. As you can see there is a lot of white space where the images should be.
  3. Hi Tuanphan, Sorry, I missed your comment outside the code box. Whilst the above solved the problem on the desktop browser in mobile mode... the images seem to disappear now when viewed on a real mobile. The site is now linked to the primary domain: Site: https://www.fevronia.net Password: Fevroniapass
  4. Great that worked perfectly. Thanks Tuanphan!

However when I switch the view to mobile then the order is completely wrong with the main body copy appearing after the 'add to cart' button?! Is there a way to reorder the information for the mobile view? I would like the mobile view to be ordered like so: Product title Body copy Images Drop down menus Add to cart I'd also like this to be a site wide change across the current x24 products and any future products added to the site. Thanks, Tom.
  6. Update. I managed to solve the problem by using this text from another forum post: @media screen and (max-width:767px) { .ProductItem-gallery-slides-item { position: static !important; height: auto !important; visibility: visible !important; } img.ProductItem-gallery-slides-item-image { width: 100% !important; height: auto !important; top: 0 !important; left: 0 !important; } .ProductItem-gallery-slides:before { padding-bottom: 1% !important; } .ProductItem-gallery-current-slide-indicator.enable-on-first-image-load.enabled { display: none; }

Desktop: shows my first image of four icons exactly how I intend. Mobile: Crops heavily into the first image so only two icons are visible. Question: Can I use any CSS to make a site wide change so that mobile view displays my images full width?
  8. Hi Bangank36, Thanks for looking into this. As per my 'screenshot 4' above the image shown at checkout is the 'swatches'. I want the image shown at checkout to be the 'bed' shot, like in 'screenshot 1'. As a separate question. 'screenshot 2' displays the page as I'd like with the full width swatches image at the top. However in mobile view 'screenshot 3' my swatches image is heavily cropped on the width. I'd like mobile view to display full width images. Thanks, Tom.

Obviously this can't be included as part of the information in the right hand column along with her product variants... and in order to get around this I have trialled a workaround where the swatches are exported as the first product photo (as viewed on the above mentioned page). As each product can have a key image I can avoid the swatches appearing as the first photo when viewed at the previous level in the shop, but they do unfortunately show as the product image on checkout. Also, whilst this works in desktop view it does not in mobile as the swatches are cut short and magnified. So questions in short: – Can I change the product image displayed at checkout? – Can I force mobile view to show the full width of all my images? Many thanks in advance, Tom.
  10. Thanks Tuanphan, that's a good compromise.
  11. Sorry Tuanphan. When changing from 'fevronia.net' back to the built in Squarespace domain, I didn't update the domain in the CSS. That has been done now so the site should display as per my screenshots above. Thanks, Tom.
  12. Hi Tuanphan, Sorry perhaps I should rephrase. I'm happy with the login icon when viewed on desktop. When viewed on mobile the login icon appears bottom left. Is there a way to: A) force it to sit next to the cart icon like in the desktop view? or B) change the icon back so it just says 'login' – but only in mobile view (I'm happy with desktop). Thanks, Tom.
  13. *update* my client wanted the domain to link back to her old temporary site for the time being so you will have to view my site at the built in URL: https://disc-snail-sk6j.squarespace.com Pass 'Fevroniapass'

  15. Thanks Tuanphan that did the trick! Is there a way to force the login icon to show next to the cart icon when in mobile view? If not and it has to remain part of the burger menu (excuse my terminology) is there a way to just show it as text here? *update* my client wanted the domain to link back to her old temporary site for the time being so you will have to view my site at the built in URL: https://disc-snail-sk6j.squarespace.com Pass 'Fevroniapass'
  16. Site URL: https://www.fevronia.net Hi, I have set my clients product images to hover zoom. I have set the amount to x1.5 and at first this seems to work. However once the page is saved and refreshed the zoom amount seems to be x5 and will only pan in a very small and very zoomed in part of the image. Is this a bug in the Squarespace software or am I missing something? Many thanks, Tom. site: fevronia.net pass: Fevroniapass

  18. Site URL: https://www.fevronia.net https://www.fevronia.net Fevroniapass Hi, The products within my clients site display great on desktop view, and they display fine in mobile view too. However when selecting a product in mobile view all the supporting imagery displays within a landscape carousel. This is fine for landscape imagery but portrait images crop awkwardly. Ideally I would like the carousel to expand vertically when a vertical image slides into view. But if not then I would like all images to display within a square aspect ratio. So... A: Is there any CSS to enable each individual image within the mobile carousel to display fully without cropping? B: Is there any CSS to change the default aspect ratio of the mobile image carousel from 'landscape' to 'square'? Thanks, Tom.
  19. Hi, I'd like to do the same thing and I have designed my own login icon to link to. How do I host my icon within Squarespace in order to obtain the URL to replace above? I have uploaded my icon as an image on a blank non linked page, but I can't seem to find its image location URL within Squarespace. Thanks, Tom.
  20. Sorry, my client has adjusted the DNS settings 🙄 You should be able to view the site at: https://disc-snail-sk6j.squarespace.com Thanks.
  21. Site URL: https://www.fevronia.net/collections Hi, This seems to be a fairly common problem but requires site specific code and various threads suggested starting fresh posts... so here goes. Site 'https://www.fevronia.net/collections' Pass 'Fevroniapass' I'd like to change the way my clients 'collections' page displays on mobile view. On desktop it flows: 1 text / 2 image 3 image / 4 text 5 text / 6 image etc And on mobile it flows: 1 text 2 image 3 image 4 text 5 text 6 image etc Instead I'd like it to alternate between text and images, so: 1 text 2 image 4 text 3 image 5 text 6 image etc Many thanks for any help in advance : )
  22. The CSS worked perfectly. Thanks so much for taking the time to help me out!
  23. Hi Creedon, Thanks for your swift response, password is: 'Fevroniapass'. Many thanks, Tom.
