  1. Thank you Paul. I have now contacted Customer Care. Originally I thought I was doing something wrong... hence posting on the forum. But I'm certain I've set everything up correctly. Now waiting to hear from CC. Thanks again Simon
  2. Hi again paul2009 We can see the alt-text is there also when I check for alt-text, but when I use a screen reader to actually navigate through the site, the screen-reader only picks up this div.image-overlay element. Do you know if Squarespace is putting some overlay on images by default in card elements?
  3. Hi Paul2009 My accessibility-focused colleague says the al text isn't appearing. But I've subsequently re-entered everything. It's working for you yes? Thank you
  4. Site URL: http://talktoloop.org Hello and thank you in anticipation for your help... if anyone knows the answer. I have been adding alt text to my images on this website http://talktoloop.org But the alt text doesn't seem to be working... One of my colleagues thinks it might be because the images are built as div not img ... this is a semantic difference to the browser, so the browser doesn’t understand that it’s an image, which is bad I don't know if that's correct... but something is preventing Alt Text from working. Any ideas gratefully received.
  5. But where should I put that snippet? It doesn't seem to make any difference when I drop it into Custom CSS
  6. Site URL: http://talktoloop.org Hello. I have built a website for the charity I work for, Talk To Loop. I have used Weglot to offer translation into French, Spanish and Bahasa (Indonesian). These all work fine. But I also wanted translation into Arabic. Unfortunately, although Weglot's Arabic translation was fine, Squarespace doesn't support right to left scripts, so the formatting, punctuation, and meaning, went completely wrong. The plan now i to create a duplicate of the site exclusively in Arabic... but I need to find some css solution to ensure that the duplicate (Arabic) site will correctly format right to left. If anyone can advise that would amazing. Thank you.
