Hi, I want to add a live chat feature to my site however because we are a small team, I need something that allows me to reply from my phone so I am not tied to a computer.
It would be great if I could have multiple people able to reply but it is not necessary.
I tried adding the Facebook messenger chat tool however it seems that I cant receive notifications if somebody sends us a message which is very important to me.
Is there such a tool that allows me to do this? Even better if it is a free one!
