Hi I switched my account from trial version to paid subscription last week but I still don’t have the functionality to change the appointments I offer from dollars to pounds. It’s very frustrating as there is obviously an issue with my account. the acuity customer service which can only be reached by email not live chat or a phone number have not responded to several messages sent. Can anyone help please? I’m desperate to make my booking page live but can’t until I sort my account. Many thanks
