Always displaying hover captions on mobile

Hi there, I have the same question, and have tried the code, but it doesn't work for me. My site URL is www.abi-read.com and I'd like the 'hover over' captions that appear on a desktop view, to remain consistently on the mobile view. Any ideas? Thanks
