  1. Dear melody495, Yes, I am waiting for their reply. Thank you for highlighting the compliance issue; I forwarded those concerns as well. This exception code will probably need a URL, so I also tried to contact Squarespace Support again to find out from where the forms load, but they refused to help in any way. Thank you for guiding me to the solution. I hope this issue will be resolved soon as we truly need the forms to show up, and we'd like to ensure GDPR compliance.
  2. Hi @melody495, yes, the contact form, and as it turns out, all other forms vanish when 'Declined' is clicked. Thank you so much! We need the forms to show up. Previously, they were there regardless of the consent choice. How do we refer to all forms on our website to override the blocking? Can you please suggest what to try to replace "???" below? This is the code we're attempting to adjust. We're not sure how to make it apply to all our forms and have them as essential: <!-- Termly custom blocking map --> <script data-termly-config> window.TERMLY_CUSTOM_BLOCKING_MAP = { "???": "essential" } </script> <!-- End Termly custom blocking map --> SquareSpace support suggested trying to deactivate our codes one by one to pinpoint the issue. They seemed to refer to custom CSS, but we were not further with that. However, it appears the problem is with consent and the enabled auto blocker. Thanks a lot!
  3. Could someone please assist us in finding the reason and a solution for why our forms have suddenly stopped appearing, if someone press Decline in Cookie banner? We can only see them in Edit mode. Squarespace Support could not solve it. It is concerning our webpage www.liimmi.com. Thank you!
  4. Thank you so much! It is clear now that the button with the waitlist function (stock level zero feature) is not an add-to-cart button, so this is why nothing happened with the url redirect. And thanks, the code helps to bring back the atc button, and thus the add-to-cart url redirect solution also works fine. As we need to collect email addresses, at the end we added a Form in the product page Additional Info section (as Lightbox to appear as a button), and played a bit with spacing to have it where the act button would normally be. The button in the form has the possibility to redirect to a given url, which is the thank you page for us, defined as our conversion. If there is a better solution, let me know! Thanks a lot!
  5. Thank you! I have tried to go through all steps, but I might be missing something. It does not redirect to the url (the thank you page). I am trying for all add-to-cart buttons. Could there be an issue that we renamed the button, or that does not affect the code? Thank you!
  6. Site URL: https://www.liimmi.com/preorder/ Hello! I have the following two problems and looking for help. Can I add a link to the Add-to-Cart button to redirect to a page (all 3 product pages to go to the same confirmation page we set up in Squarespace)? Or is there a way to get an id for the Add-to-cart button (when it is out of stock and we just collect sign ups for the waitlist)? The real problem behind is that we are trying to track the Add-to-cart button clicks because we are taking pre-orders without any purchase. We'd like to say that the Add-to-Cart button click is the conversion event for tracking, but we are unable to identify the button, so we thought of a page maybe that loads saying thank you for signing up for the pre-order waitlist, if there is no way to target the button for tracking. Thanks a lot!
  7. Hi there, I am looking for a possibility to add our product animation to the slideshow where we have the product images (like on amazon, or other stores) on the product details page. Currently we only have the chance to add video to the additional information section, but that appears so far from everything and below all the information and images. Is there a good solution for that? Thank you!
