Is it possible to use code to create an opacity+text effect on an Embed or SoundCloud block similar to what is already available for image captions? Or even just a simple tooltip? I have tried playing around with the HTML provided when you embed an audio track directly from SoundCloud using the embed block, but have not had luck yet.
