In-price VAT isn't being calculated properly

Hi, I'm selling products on my SS with in-price VAT, however the calculation appearing on invoices isn't correct. For a 49€ product with 23% VAT (collecting in Portugal) the invoice shows 9,16€ as VAT instead of 11,27€. Anyone can help? Thanks!
