Store loading very slowly all of a sudden

Hi, Our store page (shop) has suddenly stopped loading as it should. It takes forever. It's happening on desktop and mobile. The code/design hasn't been touched in over a year, so I'm unsure what suddenly changed or how to fix it. How do I reduce the white space between the product description and the additional info (product specifications) on mobile? I found the answer to reducing it on desktop, but couldn't find anything about mobile.
