I've been trying the above code various times but it wasn't working for me. I just found the solution. If anyone may need it so according to the current Squarespace version here is the updated code. I hope it'll be helpful.
Tip: if your website's background is black try to change the CSS code before moving to other solutions because there the hex code is added as #000.
Paste the code in settings> development tools> Code injections : Footer (it may change for future so simply search code injections after going to settings)

If you use a scheduling block, it calculates the height perfectly in all reponsive screen sizes. No scrollbars ever.
When using the iframe embed, it doesn't work. In some pages like cart or order confirmation you cannot use scheduling block. I'm wondering if there's a way?
