Hi Guys, 

Really hoping someone can help me.   Our customers enter an address when booking, but the address autocomplete functionality is terrible! 

If the customer uses the autocomplete, it does not include the town or postcode (we are UK based).  

When the bookings come in, half of the customers address is missing (we travel to their address to carry out car valeting).

We've added clear instructions on the form to say "Please ensure your full address is provided" but customers are still using the auto complete.

I emailed acuity and they advised address autocomplete can not be disabled 😞

Can anyone think of a workaround?  

We tried adding a seperate text field for postcode, which works ok but it means when the address comes through in our calendars we can't just click the address to view it on the map (which is what our drivers currently do), as the postcode is a seperate field.

Any ideas?

I have just added scheduling to my page, and it works great! But...
I run workshops/classes, with some of them being weekly recurring. The recurring ones does not show how many available spots remain, while the ones non-recurring does. The recurring ones does not prompt a calendar to show up, which is where I find the remaining spots on the non-recurring ones.
Does anyone have a solution for this?
 

I need to be able to offer full day appointments for a fishing lake, I am struggling to get the booking to work as same day appointments disappear after 10am as my closing time restricts appointments and I am losing customers. Can anyone help? Please???

Same problem here.
Schedule useless to me as long unit of measure is obligatory "hrs" instead of "days".

How can i have an apppointment schedule to a day instead of a specific hour?
