  1. Site URL: https://www.pilatesinguelph.com/ We are a small fitness studio with a Squarespace v. 7.0 website. We have 2 links on our website that link through to a third party business management/class scheduling software that our clients sign in to in order to purchase and book classes. We've had many clients mention that they cannot click through the links in order to access their account in the 3rd party system. When clicking through, they're brought to a blank page with the following error message: about:blank#blocked (I was able to recreate the problem on my computer as well.) This only became an issue when I used the code injection feature to embed an "AI Messenger Chat Bot" widget on our website (a pop-up chat bot that interacts with web visitors). The third party software (same as mentioned above) provided the widget code and instructed to place it in the footer of our website. This was straightforward and easily done with the code injection feature. However, when the bot code is in the footer, we experience the issue described above - getting the about:blank#blocked error message when trying to click through the links to the third party software. For now, I've removed the chat bot code completely from our website, and the linking issue has been resolved. However we'd like to continue using the chat bot because it's an important (and expensive) client service feature that we're paying for. It's not an issue of clearing the cache. I tried that many times, and also tried in incognito tabs many times, and experienced the same issue. I have spoken to the 3rd party software support team and they are saying it's an issue with our website, and not the widget code. Hoping that someone can provide any insight before I look into hiring a web developer to look into this. Thank you!
