We are having the same issue with our site that is hosted by Register.com. I've confirmed with Register.com that all DNS setting are correct on their end. We even went through the Squarespace instructions step by step with the Register.com tech support. Our previous website was working fine and then we switched everything to a new template. Any insight into this issue would be welcome. Thanks!
