Showing different meta-data for different blogs

Site URL: https://racialequity.atlanticfellows.org/ I have two blogs in this website – one for news and a second for fellow's profile pages. I was wondering if there is a way to have different meta-data sets for each blog: author & date for news, category & tags for fellows pages. Would appreciate any help with this.
