Thank you both for your help. This reassures me that it's a problem with my devices and not with the site itself. Or perhaps I have accidentally solved it today. Either way thanks for your time!

Oh thanks ednaw, that's great! It's showing intermittently on my Dell laptop and on my phone (Motorola G6). While trying to solve it I've refreshed the page a ridiculous number of times and managed to see the image twice, then I'll try again on my phone and it's gone again. Hoping it's a glitch that will disappear on its own. Thanks for your reply, it's reassuring to know someone out there can see it as intended!

When it doesn't display I am left with the text only, which should be beneath the image (Design: stacked) This problem has only started this week and I've had the site since April. I've attached a picture of what it is supposed to look like. Does anyone know what I can do to make it display consistently? Thanks in advance, Rachel
