I'm having an issue with updating a site to 7.1
This is simple site it used to have an animated crawl of logos I could drop down in the bottom of this page and show the different companies they work with. I have tried Slideshow and images to get the same effect.. they are either too large or won't animate. The current version is using the arrows to manually scroll through (client doesn't like that) and it doesn't like mobile.

Just need these to slide or move across the screen - show 3 at a time and move through the 25 different logos I have, It could scale down on mobile or switch to just a single image.. but I don't believe we are doing totally different blocks in a mobile yet.
Thoughts? seems like a simple thing, but not finding anyone posting CSS - one youtube with the college logos, but he is using HTML with it too and that seems like an odd hack.
anyway would appreciate any thoughts.
