I think I have the same problem and I think he/she means that the images should stay at a consistent size independently of the screen being stretched or shrunk. Ex. I have icons that don't want to be overblown in size as they are small icons and they look pixelated and out of place in the a small screen.

Hello! On 7.1, How do I activate all the images on a reel gallery to show (hover) text ? As you can see just the image in the middle can do this in the reel. I need the hover text to appear on each image, independently if the image in in the middle of the reel. Can someone help me please? SportPsy
