  1. This worked perfectly! Thank you. Is it also possible to modify the Comment Pop-UP Box? It would be great if the fields (then than name) we listed as *Optional or (Optional) Thanks again for your help, and I'll be making another donation on your site this morning!
  2. Site URL: http://sickwriter.com I searched and could not find a similar question, but am wondering if my Newsletter form (used for blog updates) could be modified from: First Name, Last Name, to one box that says Full name? I think it may be less imposing for the user. Also, why are the boxes so big? My footer is nearly the height of a page.. Thanks for any assistance or ideas. -John
  3. Site URL: http://sickwriter.com Hello. This has not happened yet, but someone has threatened to fill my blog comment sections with crazy stories. I realize there is an option to moderate comments, but is there any way to block a commenter so I would not have to read them? I know they would be detrimental to my wellbeing, and my readers (if they saw them). Thanks for any ideas or feedback.
  4. This issue is resolved. I changed it to another iCloud email address that was never used as an “Apple ID address”, and it began working immediately. I’m not even sure if you can still get just an Apple iCloud email address without it being your Apple ID or an alias, but I had a few that I created some years ago. In short, an iCloud email address that I used as my Apple ID would not allow me to receive email notifications from my Squarespace site - even after I entered all of the Squarespace addresses into my contacts and create rules in the Apple email app. I changed it to a iCloud email address that I never used as my Apple ID, and it worked fine.
  5. Site URL: http://sickwriter.com Hello- Since changing my site from Personal to Business, I have been in email notification hell. I am not receiving Blog Comment notifications in the new iCloud email account I used for this new site. It worked fine with my other iCloud address, and I have 1) added all of the Squarespace addresses into my Contacts, and 2) added them to my Rules, but still no notifications. I believe the address may be the issue as it used to be my Apple ID. I wanted to change it back to my other iCloud address, but get the alert in red: "email address already exists" even though the account no longer exists. Is there a way to get that email address back so I can use it again? Thanks.
