Video Page -- Get rid of black bars on YouTube video thumbnail

Hi -- I've embedded YouTube videos onto a Video page but the thumbnails all have black bars on top and bottom. How do I get rid of these? The custom featured image is grayed out for video links so I can't use that as a workaround. Site PW: av Thanks!

Hi -- I'm trying to remove the overlay -- or at least make it even lighter -- on the rotating poster images at the top of my site. https://www.baltimorespromise.org/new-home-2 PW: NewHome I've gone to Design/Site Styles/ Image Block Poster Overlay and set it to hsla (0, 0%, 100%, 0) and a small overlay remains. I haven't had luck with the coding I've tried. Can you help? Thanks!
