  1. Site URL: https://www.foryouth.co Hi, I'm running 4 country-specific shops on one domain (with subdomains), each in their own different currency. I have one Google Analytics account in a single currency (SGD, Singapore Dollar). When there's on order on the Malaysian site in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit), the amount gets shown in Google Analytics in the "native" amount and it doesn't get converted to SGD. As the MYR is 3x the value of SGD, this obviously ruins the e-commerce data in Google Analytics. There's a tool called Hitbuilder with which I can edit the currency (https://ga-dev-tools.web.app/hit-builder/?v=1&tid=UA-XXXXX-Y&cid=555&t=transaction&ti=12345&ta=westernWear&tr=50.00&ts=32.00&tt=12.00&cu=EUR) but it messes up with the other order data, such as the channel the order was generated from. Does anyone have any tips on how to avoid this and convert the local site currency in the currency used in Google Analytics? Thanks!
  2. It has been solved on our end. I was in contact with Squarespace customer service for a few days. They told me it wasn't anything I could have prevented... And that's a bit concerning! I hope the problem gets solved for other people soon!
  3. Thanks, Derrick. It should actually point to its own website. The set up for a subdomain seems buggy on the Squarespace side as all the DNS records are fine.
  4. Site URL: http://www.foryouth.co Hi, I have a website www.foryouth.co that serves Singapore and the rest of the world, au.foryouth.co and I recently set up my.foryouth.co to serve Malaysia. au.foryouth.co is running for a few months now without any issues. Two weeks ago I set up my.foryouth.co and the subdomain connected perfectly to the DNS records I set up in Go Daddy. As of yesterday, suddenly the connection was removed. When I went to settings-->domain, I didn't see it anymore. Trying to reconnect gives met the error: Domain does not exist This domain is not in our system. Sometimes, it does allow me to try and set it up again, but it fails connecting to the first CNAME (the one with the long code). Does anyone have an idea what is going on? Especially since it was working before? Of course, Squarespace does not have any weekend support. Like why would they. Websites do not go down during weekends, but hopefully someone here can help me out!
  5. Any updates to this issue? Should we install some script on the order confirmation page?
  6. Hi! I'm trying to figure out the best way to send automated messages to active recurring customers. I will be selling one product, either as a single purchase product or as a subscription. Within Squarespace I have created two products as it seems the only way to give customer the choice between a subscription or a single purchase. I want to send automated e-mails to customers who are on active recurring plans (so not to people who cancelled already). Does anyone have any tips on how to do this? With the Squarespace automations, it is possible to send e-mails to people who have purchased the subscription (as I just created 2 different products), however, I wouldn't be able to filter out people who have already cancelled. Or any tips on other platforms that could do the same? I have been looking at Mailchimp, but I wouldn't know how to create an active subscriber field... Thanks!
  7. I've been using Squarespace for two days now and this is the 3rd issue I'm running into that seems basic functionality that would save heaps of time and just isn't there while many people are requesting for it... How can this not be a feature? Just like having separate header images per category and putting a link behind images in simple lists... I guess I'll find 3 more issues today!
  8. I have been spending some time to also figure out whether you can customise category pages by having different images and different copy. I guess it's still not possible out of the box? (highly frustrating!)
